目的探讨马来酸氯苯那敏联合布地奈德治疗气道高反应性孕妇的临床效果。方法选择110例临床症状均表现为频繁咳嗽住院孕妇,经振动反应成像检查结果均提示高气道反应性,按照入院顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各55例,对照组孕妇应用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组孕妇在对照组药物治疗的基础上联合使用马来酸氯苯那敏口服治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、临床状况及振动反应成像指标。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);咳嗽缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间和治疗时间均显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的振动反应成像曲线观察、双肺出现同步性、MEF观察、QLD值评价、EVP曲线同步性及振幅高度显著改变。两组患者治疗过程中均未见不良反应情况发生。结论应用马来酸氯苯那敏联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗高气道反应性孕妇,临床治疗效果显著,值得广泛推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of chlorphenamine maleate combined with budesonide in the treatment of airway hyperresponsive pregnant women. Methods The clinical symptoms of 110 cases were all manifested as frequent cough hospitalized pregnant women. Vibration response imaging results showed high airway responsiveness. According to the order of admission, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 55 cases in each group. Budesonide Atomized inhalation treatment, the observation group of pregnant women in the control group based on the combination of drug treatment with chlorpheniramine maleate oral treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared, clinical status and imaging imaging vibration response. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05). The cough relief time, disappearance of cough and treatment time were significantly shorter than those of control group (P <0.05) P <0.05). The vibration response imaging curve of the observation group, synchronicity of both lungs, MEF observation, QLD evaluation, synchronicity of EVP curve and amplitude height were significantly changed. No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the course of treatment. Conclusion The application of chlorphenamine maleate combined with budesonide inhalation in the treatment of hyperresponsive pregnant women has significant clinical effect and should be widely applied.
