传统的互动信息传播模式往往只注重传播者与受传者之间的互动,而将外部环境与信息传播活动完全独立开来,本文针对互动模式在分析企业信息传播过程中的这一不足,提出建立基于突发事件的企业信息传播模式,并将它与传统的互动模式进行比较,指明其优越性。最后论文通过对联通CDMA手机推广案例的实证分析,进一步阐明了基于突发事件的企业信息传播模式对解释企业信息的传播过程具有更广泛的适应性。
Traditional modes of interactive information communication tend to focus only on the interaction between communicators and receivers, while the external environment and information dissemination activities completely independent. In this paper, based on the interaction model in the analysis of enterprise information dissemination process, this paper proposes The establishment of emergency-based enterprise information dissemination model, and its traditional interactive model to compare and indicate its superiority. Finally, this paper empirically analyzes the case of China Unicom CDMA mobile phone to further clarify that the mode of enterprise information dissemination based on emergencies has a wider adaptability to the process of explaining enterprise information dissemination.
