目的:观察远端缺失同源盒5(distal-less homeobox5,DLX5)、核心结合蛋白因子2(runt-related transcription factor-2,RUNX2)、成骨细胞特异性转录因子Osterix(OSX)和牙本质涎蛋白(dentin sialoprotein,DSP)在出生后SD大鼠下颌第一磨牙不同发育阶段的表达情况,探讨其在SD大鼠出生后下颌第一磨牙发育矿化的作用机制。方法:采用免疫组化法分析出生后1、7、14、28d SD大鼠下颌第一磨牙中DLX5、RUNX2、OSX、DSP的表达分布。结果:DLX5在出生后1、7、14d中均有表达,表达量呈现出上升趋势,但是在28d时不表达;RUNX2在出生后1、7、14、28d均表达,表达量在7d时呈现最低;OSX在出生后1、7、14、28d均有表达,表达量在14d时呈现最低;DSP在出生后1、7、14、28d均有表达,表达量呈上升趋势。结论:DLX5、RUNX2、OSX、DSP在大鼠出生后各阶段的表达量不同,具有时空特异性,表明DLX5、RUNX2、OSX、DSP可能对出生后SD大鼠下颌第一磨牙发育及矿化具有一定的调控作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression of distal-less homeobox 5 (DLX5), runt-related transcription factor-2 (RUNX2), osteoblast-specific transcription factor Osterix (OSX) and dentin Expression of sialoprotein (DSP) in different developmental stages of mandibular first molar after birth in SD rats and its mechanism of development and mineralization in mandibular first molar after birth. Methods: The expressions of DLX5, RUNX2, OSX and DSP in mandibular first molar at 1, 7, 14 and 28 days after birth were analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of DLX5 was detected at 1, 7, 14 days after birth, but the expression of DLX5 was not observed at 28 days. RUNX2 was detected at 1, 7, 14 and 28 days after birth, OSX was expressed at 1, 7, 14 and 28 days after birth, and the expression was lowest at 14 days. DSP was expressed at 1, 7, 14 and 28 days after birth, and the expression increased. CONCLUSIONS: The expressions of DLX5, RUNX2, OSX and DSP in different stages of postnatal development in rats are different and have the characteristics of space-time, indicating that DLX5, RUNX2, OSX and DSP may exert different effects on the development and mineralization of mandibular first molar after birth Certain regulatory role.
