目的研究美兰对变形链球菌生长和产酸代谢的作用以及对体外菌斑糖酵解模型产酸代谢的作用,以探讨美兰防龋的可行性。方法采用比浊法测定不同培养条件下变形链球菌培养液的OD值;采用气相色谱法检测不同培养条件下变形链球菌培养液中有机酸的种类和数量;测定不同处理条件下体外菌斑糖酵解模型产酸液的pH值。结果(1)美兰组细菌OD值低于生理盐水组,二者之间的差异具有统计学意义;(2)不同血清型变形链球菌的3个处理组中均可检测到有机酸的产生,葡萄糖组有机酸的总量最多,美兰组有机酸的总量最少;(3)美兰组产酸液的pH值与阴性对照组之间的差异有统计学意义,与阳性对照组之间的差异无统计学意义。结论美兰可以抑制变形链球菌的生长、产酸代谢以及菌斑的产酸代谢。
Objective To study the effect of Meilan on the growth and acid production of Streptococcus mutans and its acid metabolism in vitro plaque glycolytic model in order to explore the feasibility of anti-caries Meilan. Methods The turbidimetric method was used to determine the OD value of Streptococcus mutans culture medium under different culture conditions. The species and quantity of organic acids in Streptococcus mutans culture medium were detected by gas chromatography. The pH of the acidogenic solution in the digestion model. Results (1) The OD value of bacteria in Meilan group was lower than that of saline group, and the difference was statistically significant. (2) The production of organic acids was detected in the three treatment groups of Streptococcus mutans , The total amount of organic acids in glucose group was the highest, and the total amount of organic acids in Meilan group was the least. (3) There was a significant difference between the pH value of acidogenic liquid in Meilan group and the negative control group, The difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Meilan can inhibit the growth of Streptococcus mutans, acid metabolism and acid metabolism of plaque.
