一、试点工作初步取得了阶段性成果 1.40家试点企业均拟定了试点实施方案。目前约35家实施方案已趋成熟,其中中建一局、辽宁建设集团等15家已通过方案论证和审批。 先后步入实施运作阶段;北京三建等10家或已通过力案论证、待批,或即将进行审批。 2.40家试点企业体制。已改组或拟改组为企业集团的25家:已经改组为股份有限公司的4家;拟改组为国有独资公司的12家;拟改组为有限责任公司的24家。
First, pilot work has achieved initial results. 1.40 pilot companies have drafted pilot implementation plans. At present, about 35 implementation plans have matured. Among them, 15 of the China Construction First Bureau and Liaoning Construction Group have passed the program demonstration and approval. They have entered the implementation stage of operations; Beijing Sanjian and other 10 companies have either passed arguments or are due for approval, or are about to approve. 2.40 pilot enterprise systems. 25 companies that have been reorganized or planned to be reorganized into enterprise groups: 4 that have been reorganized into joint stock limited companies; 12 that are planned to be reorganized into wholly state-owned companies; and 24 that are planned to be reorganized into limited liability companies.
