目的:建立RRLC-UV法同时测定丹参药材中9种酚酸的含量。方法:以3,4-二羟基苯乙酸为内标,采用AgilentZorbax Eclipse Plus C18(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速0.3 mL.min-1,检测波长质量286 nm。结果:这9种成分在测定质量浓度范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数不低于0.999 5。仪器精密度和方法精密度RSD均小于2.4%,9种成分平均回收率在96.7%~102.6%,RSD均小于3.1%(n=3)。结论:该方法简便、快速,结果准确,重复性好,适用于丹参药材的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a RRLC-UV method for simultaneous determination of 9 phenolic acids in Salvia miltiorrhiza. METHODS: 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid was used as internal standard and Agilent Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18 (2.1 mm×50 mm, 1.8 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid solution with a gradient of 0.3 mL. .min-1, detection wavelength quality 286 nm. Results: The linear relationship between these 9 components and chromatographic peak area was good in the range of mass concentration determined, and the correlation coefficient was not less than 0.999 5. The RSD of instrument precision and method precision were less than 2.4%, the average recovery of 9 components was between 96.7% and 102.6%, and the RSD was less than 3.1% (n=3). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and reproducible. It is suitable for quality control of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
