目的:观察水蔓菁总黄酮(BSTF)对大鼠前列腺炎模型的影响。方法:60只大鼠随机分为空白对照组,模型组,前列康组,大、中、小剂量水蔓菁总黄酮组。采用消痔灵注射液建立大鼠前列腺炎模型。在预定的时间点测量各组大鼠24h的饮水量;连续给药22d后,对各组大鼠进行前列腺指数计算,前列腺液中白细胞计数,前列腺匀浆中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平等指标测定。结果:模型组大鼠饮水量显著减少,前列腺腺体指数有所增高,前列腺液中白细胞数显著升高,模型组大鼠前列腺匀浆中IL-2水平和IL-8水平显著升高。大、中、小剂量水蔓菁总黄酮组大鼠饮水量均显著增加,前列腺液中白细胞计数显著降低,前列腺匀浆中IL-2、IL-8水平显著降低;中剂量水蔓菁总黄酮组大鼠前列腺指数明显降低。结论:大、中、小剂量的水蔓菁总黄酮对大鼠前列腺炎均有较好的改善与治疗作用,可显著减轻相关症状且有明显的量效关系。大、中剂量水蔓菁总黄酮对大鼠前列腺炎的抑制作用最好。
Objective: To observe the effect of BSTF on the prostatitis model in rats. METHODS: Sixty rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, Qianliekang group, large, medium, and small doses of total flavonoids. The rat prostatitis model was established using Xiaozhiling injection. At a predetermined time point, the amount of drinking water in each group of rats was measured for 24 hours; after 22 days of continuous administration, the prostate index was calculated for each group of rats, the white blood cell count in prostatic fluid, and interleukin-2 in the prostate homogenate (IL-2). ), Interleukin-8 (IL-8) levels and other indicators. RESULTS: The rats in the model group had significantly decreased drinking water, increased prostate gland index, and increased leukocyte count in the prostatic fluid. In the model group, IL-2 levels and IL-8 levels in the prostate homogenates were significantly increased. The water intake of rats in the total flavonoids of large, medium, and small doses of water marjoram increased significantly, the number of leukocytes in the prostatic fluid decreased significantly, and the levels of IL-2 and IL-8 in the prostate homogenate decreased significantly; The prostate index of the rats was significantly reduced. Conclusion: The total flavonoids in water extracts with large, medium and low doses have good effects on the treatment of prostatitis in rats. The symptoms can be significantly reduced and there is a significant dose-effect relationship. Large and medium doses of water flavonoids had the best inhibitory effect on prostatitis in rats.
