莱姆病是一种累及皮肤,关节等多系统、器官的蜱传自然疫源性疾病,部份患者晚期能引起神经系统损伤和精神异常。为探讨我省精神病患者莱姆病感染情况,特对60例精神病人血清进行莱姆病抗体检测,发现阳性率高达15％,报道如下。
