在市场经济条件下,思想政治工作如何结合生产经营活动来做?从笔者近期了解的情况看,还存在不少问题,具体表现:一是口头上说“结合”,实际工作中根本就没有“结合”,还是在那里讲空话,放空炮,搞“两张皮”;二是把“结合”单纯理解为让行政、技术干部结合本职工作做思想政治工作;三是政工干部一味地做经济工作,说的是参与经济工作,以增强思想政治工作的针对性和有效性,实际上却用做经济工作代替了思想政治工作。究其原因,主要是对思想工作为什么要结合
