本文研究了二正辛基亚砜(DOSO)萃取紫外分光光度法测定样品中微量钯的分析方法。结果表明,在1.0mol/L盐酸介质中.0.30mol/LDOSO—甲苯溶液能定量萃取钯。萃合物在有机相中波长为307nm处有一特征吸收峰,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.6×10~4 L·mol~(-1)·cm~1。钯量在0.5~15μg/ml范围内服从比尔定律,相关系为0.9974。测定了实际样品中钯的含量,测定结果与标准方法基本一致。
In this paper, the extraction of trace n-octyl sulfoxide (DOSO) UV spectrophotometry Determination of trace amounts of palladium in the analytical method. The results showed that Pd (superscript 2 +) could be extracted quantitatively in 0. mol / L hydrochloric acid solution with 0.30 mol / L LDO-toluene solution. The complex has a characteristic absorption peak at 307 nm in the organic phase with an apparent molar absorptivity of 1.6 × 10 -4 L · mol -1 cm -1. Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0.5 ~ 15μg / ml, the correlation coefficient was 0.9974. The content of palladium in the actual sample was measured and the results were basically consistent with the standard method.
