食物中毒是指食用了含有毒有害物质的食品或被有毒有害物质污染的食品后出现的急性、亚急性疾病。食物中毒的发生严重危害人民群众的身心健康,影响人民群众的正常生活和工作,常引起社会的广泛关注。本文对阜阳市2009～2013年食物中毒的情况进行分析,以便了解阜阳市食物中毒发生的特点和规律,为预防和控制食物中毒提供科学依据。1材料与方法1.1资料来源阜阳市2009～2013年食物中毒
Food poisoning refers to the acute and sub-acute diseases that occur after eating foods that contain toxic or harmful substances or foods contaminated with toxic and harmful substances.
