目的:检测食管癌患者和健康对照者外周血中调节性B细胞CD5+CD19+IL-10(B10)表达量的差异,探讨B10在食管癌发生、发展中的作用。方法:收集60例食管癌患者和60例健康体检者外周血,用流式细胞仪检测调节性B细胞的表达情况。结果:食管癌患者外周血中B10的数量明显高于健康对照者(P<0.05),且Ⅲ~Ⅳ期[(3.3±0.6)%]高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期[(2.1±0.3)%],均高于健康对照者[(1.4±0.4)%]。结论:食管癌临床分期越晚B10升高越明显,提示B10细胞与食管癌的发生发展可能存在着一定的关系。
Objective: To detect the difference of the expression of CD5 + CD19 + IL-10 (B10) in peripheral blood of patients with esophageal cancer and healthy controls and to explore the role of B10 in the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer. Methods: Peripheral blood samples from 60 patients with esophageal cancer and 60 healthy controls were collected. The expression of regulatory B cells was detected by flow cytometry. Results: The number of B10 in peripheral blood of esophageal cancer patients was significantly higher than that of healthy controls (P <0.05), and the stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ [(3.3 ± 0.6)%] was higher than that of stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ [(2.1 ± 0.3)%] , Higher than healthy controls [(1.4 ± 0.4)%]. Conclusion: The higher the clinical staging of esophageal cancer, the more obvious the increase of B10 suggests that B10 cells may have a certain relationship with the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer.
