目的 :探讨抗氧化剂α-硫辛酸对2型糖尿病低血糖脑病氧化应激、内皮素-1和神经功能恢复的影响。方法 :将60例2型糖尿病低血糖脑病患者随机分为α-硫辛酸治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),观察两组治疗前后氧化应激标志物丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)和内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)的变化,并比较两组治疗前后神经功能损害程度评分的不同。结果:α-硫辛酸组治疗后与治疗前相比较:MDA、ET-1以及神经功能损害程度评分均显著降低(分别为P<0.01、P<0.05、P<0.01),SOD显著增高(P<0.01)。对照组治疗后与治疗前相比较:MDA与神经功能损害程度评分显著降低(分别为P<0.05、P<0.01)。α-硫辛酸组与对照组治疗后相比较,MDA、ET-1及神经功能损害程度评分显著降低(分别为P<0.05、P<0.05、P<0.01),SOD显著增高(P<0.05)。结论:α-硫辛酸可改善氧化应激及内皮功能,有助于2型糖尿病低血糖脑病的恢复。
Objective: To investigate the effects of antioxidant lipoic acid on oxidative stress, endothelin-1 and neurological function in type 2 diabetic hypoglycemic encephalopathy. Methods: Sixty patients with hypoglycemic encephalopathy of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into α-lipoic acid group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) ), Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) in the two groups were compared before and after treatment. The scores of neurological impairment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: The levels of MDA, ET-1 and neurological dysfunction were significantly decreased in the α-lipoic acid group compared with before treatment (P <0.01, P <0.05, P <0.01, respectively) <0.01). The scores of MDA and neurological impairment in the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05, P <0.01, respectively). Compared with the control group, the levels of MDA, ET-1 and neurological impairment were significantly decreased in the α-lipoic acid group (P <0.05, P <0.05, P <0.01, respectively) . Conclusion: Alpha-lipoic acid can improve oxidative stress and endothelial function, contribute to the recovery of type 2 diabetes with hypoglycemic encephalopathy.
