在农村办教育,不应置身于火热的致富生产之外,偏安一方;也不应满足于乡村俱乐部或“精神文明摇篮”的传统做法,而应积极地参与到农村改革当中,与之相互依存。马老师的做法,无疑发展了乡村教师这一社会角色的内涵,体现出农村教师担当多角色的思想,代表着农村教师未来应奔忙的方向。
Education in the rural areas should not be put on the side of fiery enrichment and production. However, they should not be content with the traditional practices of country clubs or “cradles of spiritual civilization.” Instead, they should actively participate in the rural reform and interdependence with each other . The practice of Teacher Ma undoubtedly developed the connotation of rural teachers as a social role, reflected the idea that rural teachers play a multi-role role and represented the direction that rural teachers should bust in the future.
