长久以来,纺织企业早已认识到半制品在操作、工序间运送等过程中对成纱纱疵、毛羽产生的影响,从而采取了一些措施来减少上述情况的发生。然而要从根本上消除操作中由于人为因素产生的质量问题,就必须实现纺纱车间生产的自动化,包括采用清梳联、粗细联和细络联等技术,建立纺纱自动生产线。而粗纱机自动落纱技术是提高自动化程度、提高生产率、降低劳动强度、稳定成纱质量、实现传统纺纱连续化生产的关键技术之一。
For a long time, textile enterprises have long recognized the impact of semi-finished products on yarn faults and hairiness during the operation, transportation between processes, and so on, and have taken some measures to reduce the above-mentioned situation. However, to fundamentally eliminate the quality problems caused by human factors in operation, automation of spinning workshop production must be realized, including the use of such techniques as carding, thick and thin coupling and fine coupling to establish an automatic spinning production line. Roving machine automatic doffing technology is to improve the degree of automation, increase productivity, reduce labor intensity, stabilize the yarn quality, to achieve the traditional spinning one of the key technologies of continuous production.
