On November 18, 2011, the second meeting of the Fifth Editorial Board of “Chinese Medical Library and Information Science Magazine” was held in Changsha, Hunan with the opportunity of the 17th National Medical Information Academic Conference held by the Chinese Medical Association Medical Information Branch. Nearly 30 editorial board members attended this meeting. Chairman of the Fifth Editorial Board, Comrade Chen Rui, director of the PLA Medical Library, presided over the meeting and introduced changes in the editorial staff. Editor-in-chief and director Yang Chunhua reported the work done by the editorial department over the past year, such as strengthening people
