我院自1989年以来,由于重视药品的采购、管理和临床运用,注意药品质量。药品供应做到计划性、及时性、有效性、安全性,杜绝了伪劣药品进入医院,保证病人用上放心药。 1.成立药品管理组织,加强对药品供管工作的领导 为加强对药品的管理,搞好药事工作,医院成立了药事管理委员会,全面负责医院的药品管理工作。一是做到每季度召开一次会议,及时听取各委员对药品使用情况的信息反馈,以便合理用药,有效推广新(特)药。二是领导成员深入科室检查指导用药,征求科室领导及医护人员对药品供应、质量、疗效和执行用药规定等方面意见,发现问题,及时解决。三是药品采购要有计划,
