采用激光感生荧光技术测量了Nd:MgO:LiNbO_3晶体的偏振荧光光谱。简要地说明了Nd:MgO:LiNbO_3双晶体腔内互倍频的基本原理,并在实验中用染料激光作泵浦源实现了其双晶体腔内互倍频运转;得到543nm单横模倍频绿光单端输出约6mW,腔前泵浦阈值约38mW,总转换效率约为1.3%。
Polarized fluorescence spectra of Nd: MgO: LiNbO_3 crystal were measured by laser induced fluorescence. The fundamental principle of reciprocal frequency multiplication in Nd: MgO: LiNbO_3 double crystal cavity is briefly described. In the experiment, the double laser oscillator is used to pump the double-frequency laser in the experiment. Green single-ended output of about 6mW, cavity pump threshold of about 38mW, the total conversion efficiency of about 1.3%.
