今年是《林业机械》创刊二十周年。二十年来,《林业机械》经受了风风雨雨,走过了坎坷不平的道路。1966年我刊刚刚诞生,就时逢“文化大革命”,由于众所周知的原因被迫于1968年停刊。1973年,在艰难竭蹶的环境下复刊,内部发行。直至1980年,在党的十一届三中全会以后才又散发出活力,开始在全国公开发行。至1985年底已出刊66期,共刊登了1300篇文章。
