2006年国务院在事业单位工作人员收入分配制度改革方案中首次提出“绩效工资”的概念。在进行的医疗卫生改革中,最重要的组成部分就是实施绩效工资管理。我国医院的发展在改革开放以来取得了巨大的成就,但是很多不合理的现象在众多医院现行的绩效工资制度中依旧存在。为了使绩效工资制度改革在我国医院顺利和有序的进行,本文对我国医院绩效工资分配中仍存在的问题和完善对策进行了探讨。
In 2006, the State Council first proposed the concept of “performance salary” in the reform plan of the income distribution system for staff in public institutions. The most important component of the health reform being implemented is the implementation of performance pay management. The development of Chinese hospitals has made tremendous achievements since the reform and opening up. However, many unreasonable phenomena still exist in the current performance pay system of many hospitals. In order to reform the performance pay system smoothly and orderly in Chinese hospitals, this paper discusses the problems still existing in the distribution of hospital performance pay in our country and the countermeasures.
