本文就电磁搅拌改善连铸坯中心偏析的机理进行了试验研究。提出了应用电磁搅拌改善中心偏析的途径及具体条件下应选用的搅拌工艺。讨论了“白亮带”的形成机理及“白亮带”内偏析程度的影响因素,并建立了计算“白亮带”内负偏析度的数学模型,同时进行了试验验证。
In this paper, electromagnetic stirring to improve the center of the segregation mechanism of the billet were studied. The ways to improve center segregation by using electromagnetic stirring and the stirring process which should be used under the specific conditions are put forward. The formation mechanism of “white band” and the factors affecting the degree of segregation in the “white band” are discussed. A mathematical model for calculating the negative segregation degree in the “white band” is established, and the experimental verification is carried out.
