第十三篇 企业领导一、企业领导企业领导层是企业管理组织结构中的最高层,其任务不同于管理层和作业层,有其明显的界面和特点.领导层一定要干领导的事,不能忘了“本职”而去代替下属工作.(一)企业领导的主要任务:(1)制定企业经营战略及实施计划.(2)确定企业组织机构及重要人事安排.(3)建立企业重要规章制度及考核办法.(4)做好对下属的激励和协调工作.(5)培养后备干部.(二)企业领导的主要特点:(1)全局性.(2)决策性.(3)例外性.(4)紧迫性.

Its mission is different from that of management and operations. It has its own distinct interface and characteristics. The leadership must be the leader. You can’t forget to replace your subordinates with your own job. (1) The main tasks of business leaders: (1) Formulate business strategy and implementation plan. (2) Determine the organizational structure of the company and important personnel arrangements. (3) Establishing an important enterprise Regulations and assessment methods. (4) Doing a good job of motivating and coordinating the subordinates. (5) Training reserve cadres. (2) The main characteristics of business leaders: (1) overall nature. (2) decision making. (3) Exceptionality. (4) Urgency.
