The “Controlled Detailed Planning Research” seminar co-chaired by the Tianjin Science and Technology Development Center and the Tianjin Planning and Land Administration Bureau was held recently. More than 80 people attended the meeting, including the Tianjin Municipal Government, the Standing Committee of the Municipal People’s Congress, the leaders of the districts and counties, and the planning and technical personnel of the city. “Controlled detailed planning research” is a soft science research project of the Tianjin Construction Committee, which was undertaken by the Tianjin Urban and Rural Planning and Design Institute.
