目的:研究不同形态的箍结构对纤维桩核修复冠方微渗漏的影响。方法:选择因正畸治疗需要而拔除的下颌单根管前磨牙50颗,随机分成5个组:完整箍结构组(第1组)、1面缺损的箍结构组(第2组)、2面缺损的箍结构组(第3组)、3面缺损的箍结构组(第4组)以及无箍结构组(第5组)。所有标本经纤维桩核修复后模拟口内老化情况,并经染色处理,在体式显微镜下记录各组微渗漏的情况。结果:第1组的微渗漏情况最轻,第5组的微渗漏情况最重。第1、2、3组之间微渗漏情况无统计学差异(P>0.05),第2、3组和第4组之间微渗漏情况均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。但第1组和第4、5组间微渗漏差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),第2、3组和第5组间微渗漏差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙体修复时至少应保留一面牙本质肩领,即使在没有完整箍结构的情况下也能获得良好的修复效果。
Objective: To study the effect of different forms of hoop structure on the healing of coronary microleakage by fiber posts. Methods: 50 mandibular single premolar premolars, which were removed due to orthodontic treatment, were randomly divided into five groups: complete cuff group (group 1), unilateral cuff group (group 2), group 2 (Group 3), 3-lap cuff structure group (group 4), and cuff-free group (group 5). After all the specimens were repaired by the fiber post-core, the aging in the mouth was simulated and stained. The microleakage of each group was recorded under a stereomicroscope. Results: Microleakage was the lowest in group 1 and microleakage in group 5 was the heaviest. There was no significant difference in microleakage between groups 1 and 2 (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in microleakage between groups 2 and 3 (P> 0.05). However, the difference of microleakage between the first group and the fourth and fifth groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The microleakage between the second group and the fifth group was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: At least one dentinal shoulder should be retained during dental restorations and good repair results are obtained, even in the absence of a complete cuff structure.
