镍的促癌或致癌机制尚未明确。本文试图从免疫与肿瘤的关系观察镍对免疫细胞的影响,从而以免疫学原理讨论镍的致癌机制。通过实验,我们发现镍对T淋巴细胞和白细胞的某些活性有明显的抑制作用。镍的促癌机理是否通过抑制免疫机能值得注意。
The mechanism of carcinogenesis or carcinogenesis of nickel has not yet been clarified. This article attempts to observe the effect of nickel on immune cells from the relationship between immunity and tumors, so as to discuss the carcinogenic mechanism of nickel by the principle of immunology. Through experiments, we found that nickel has a significant inhibitory effect on certain activities of T lymphocytes and leukocytes. Whether nickel’s cancer-promoting mechanism is worthy of attention by suppressing immune function.
