恶性肿瘤是一种严重危害人体健康的常见病。在我国多数地区胃癌的发病占所有肿瘤的第一位。而胃癌、食道癌、肝癌占所有肿瘤的60%。祖国医学对肿瘤早有认识,远在殷墟甲骨文上就有“瘤”字的记载。运用中医理论探讨脾虚与恶性消化道肿瘤的早期临床意义,尤为重要。本文多数消化道肿瘤在确诊前的2～6个月均有脾虚,在此期间就诊中医病者较多。为了提高肿瘤的早期诊断,现将三种恶性消化道肿癌报告如下。
Malignant tumors are a common disease that seriously harms human health. In most areas of China, the incidence of gastric cancer accounts for the first of all tumors. Gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, and liver cancer account for 60% of all tumors. The motherland’s medicine had a long history of understanding tumors. As far as Yin Ruo’s bones were concerned, there was a record of the word “tumor”. The use of traditional Chinese medicine theory to explore the early clinical significance of spleen deficiency and malignant gastrointestinal cancer is particularly important. In this article, most digestive tract tumors have spleen deficiency 2 to 6 months before diagnosis. During this period, there are more TCM patients. In order to improve the early diagnosis of tumors, three malignant gastrointestinal cancers are reported below.
