对“股份制成为公有制主要实现形式”的认识

本文认为股份制只是一种资本组织的形式 ,没有社会属性。公有制和公有制的实现形式是两个不同的概念 ,股份制作为公有制的主要实现形式 ,不但不会改变公有制的性质 ,而且具有重要意义。

This paper argues that the shareholding system is just a form of capital organization without social attributes. The realization of public ownership and public ownership are two different concepts. As the main form of public ownership, the shareholding system will not only change the nature of public ownership, but also be of great significance.
