在石漫滩水库大坝施工现场对零坍落度混凝土采用END100、END125两种棒型振捣器进行了垂直插入、斜向插入,基底面分别为硬化和尚未初凝的混凝土等各种工况的振捣过程试验研究.其结论为,棒体垂直插入振捣影响有效半径是30~40cm,斜向插入是35~45cm;各种工况下各测点的振动全过程一般在40~60s;基底面为硬化混凝土,其浇筑层混凝土振动加速度小于基底面,为尚未达到初凝状态的混凝土,并且振动加速度衰减轻快.
