焊接在我国船舶制造工业上的应用,只不过是短短数年的光景。自1952年起,才着手进行焊接船舶的設計工作;最近又根据原来鉚釘結構的船舶图紙,將它改为焊接結構的型式,短短数年中,也設計了好几条焊接船舶,有小型的(排水量在1,000公吨以下者);有中型的(排水量在5,000公吨以下者);至于大型的則尚在設計阶段中。这些船舶中,有貨輪,有客輪,也有拖船等等。在設計工作的模来中,虽然得到了一些收获,但經驗肯定是不够的,这里只能就船舶設計工作中有关焊接方面的几个主要問題談一下个人的一些体会。
The application of welding in China’s shipbuilding industry is only a mere few years. Since 1952, the design work on welding vessels has been proceeding. Recently, according to the original ship drawings of rivets structure, it was changed to the type of welding structure. In just a few years, several welding vessels were also designed with small (With displacement below 1,000 metric tons); medium (with displacement below 5,000 metric tons); while large ones are still in the design phase. These ships, there are freighters, passenger ships, there are tugboats and so on. Although some rewards have been gained in the design work, the experience is certainly not enough. Here we can only talk about some personal experiences about several major issues concerning welding in ship design.
