其中CMVP667%,CFVP60.0%,CAVP75.0%。
(Objective) To observe the effect of low DDP plus VDS combined chemotherapy on advanced breast cancer. (Methods) Twenty-two cases of advanced breast cancer were treated with CMVP regimen in 9 cases, CFW regimen in 5 cases, and CAVP regimen in 8 cases. Efficacy and toxicity were evaluated after one course of treatment. (Results) The total effective rate was 68.2%. Of which CMVP667%, CFVP60.0%, CAVP75.0%. The initial treatment rate was 66.7%, and the retreatment rate was 57.9%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The main toxicities were gastrointestinal reactions, myelosuppression, alopecia, phlebitis; peripheral neuritis and nephrotoxicity. (Conclusion) The combination of low DDP and VDS-based chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced breast cancer has mild side effects and is easily accepted by patients. The efficacy is higher than that of DDP or VDS. The combination of the two can be used as a treatment for advanced breast cancer. The first-line program.
