本研究采用“状态-特质焦虑量表”(State-Trait Anxiety Inventory,简称STAI)量表对我国170名女子柔道运动员进行调查,研究结果得出:我国优秀女子柔道运动员特质焦虑和状态焦虑之间有非常显著相关。优秀女子柔道运动员的赛前状态焦虑得分显著高于中国成(女)人常模。国际健将运动员的状态焦虑标准分数得分显著低于二级运动员。
In this study, we used the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) scale to investigate 170 female judo players in our country. The results showed that: Trait Anxiety and State Anxiety of Chinese Elite Female Judo Athletes There is a very significant correlation between them. The pre-competition anxiety scores of elite female Judo players were significantly higher than that of China’s (female) norm. The international athlete’s score of state anxiety standard score was significantly lower than that of the second-class athlete.
