In response to humanistic geography’s reflection on positivism, philosophical thinking of Marilyn Robinson in response to the combination of sensibility and rationality provides an illustration of the introduction of Marilyn Robinson’s literary creation into the study of human geography and provides support for interdisciplinary innovation in literary interpretation.
