随着社会对人才需要逐渐转向应用型,高校教育要在人才培养方面积极地转变思路,从而为社会输送优秀建设人才。大学语文的教学工作需要加快改革步伐,不断创新人才培养方式,通过大学语文改革,更好适应社会发展与当前大学生所具有新特点,同时加强对大学生的综合素质培养。本文先对当前大学语文在教学方面所出现的问题进行分析,然后提出大学语文在培养应用型人才方面的具体方法。
With the gradual shift of society’s demand for talent to an application-oriented type, higher education should actively change its thinking in terms of personnel training so as to deliver excellent construction personnel to the society. College Chinese teaching needs to accelerate the pace of reform, continuous innovation of personnel training, through college language reform, to better adapt to social development and the new features of current college students, while strengthening the overall quality of college students. This article first analyzes the problems in the current university Chinese teaching, and then proposes the specific methods of college Chinese in cultivating applied talents.
