去年,石钢安装工程公司曾为某厂制作了一批钢制挡雨板。挡雨板的全长5.7米,宽1.25米,其四周用12号槽钢组成框架,中间每隔0.95米焊一条联系用角钢,将整个框架分为6个方格。再用2毫米厚的钢板连续焊在方格内。由于挡雨板是一个焊接结构,变形很厉害。钢板上波纹状的变形,高低差最大者达26毫米。曾采用了各种各样的方法矫正变形,都没有成功。后来,我们从公司老工人王传冉同志那里学习了热压矫正的方法,效果良好。矫正后,薄钢板的误差小于五百分之一。
Last year, Shi Steel Installation Engineering Company once made a number of steel flashings for a certain factory. The total length of the flashing panel is 5.7 meters and the width is 1.25 meters.
