武建一公司学习南京第二建筑工程公司采用石料场加工石料所得废料石屑配制砂浆的成功经验,最近选用江苏龙潭石料场的石层配制砂浆。石层的实际使用量已达400立方米,经济技术效果均较好,工人乐意使用。石居中粉末料占14.8%,经5号筛的筛余量为0.4%,每立方米重1260公斤。用石层配制的砂浆具有稠度好、可塑性高、强度大、成本低等优点。砌筑时,这种砂浆极易均匀铺开,操作方便。检查砌体的粘结性时可以见到,揭上面一层砖时下层砖仍粘在上层砖上。
