目的:考察百事乐加味方(MBD)的抗抑郁作用。方法:采用小鼠模型和卒中后抑郁大鼠模型(PSD)等方法进行研究。观察MBD对小鼠的抗抑郁作用。结果:小鼠抑郁实验中,MBD能明显对抗利血平引起的小鼠眼睑关闭程度,体温下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MBD动物活动数明显增多,悬尾不动、游泳不动时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05~0.01);PSD实验中,MBD增加大鼠体重,糖水消耗,改善旷野实验水平活动得分和垂直活动得分。结论:MBD具有一定的抗抑郁作用,能够改善抑郁模型的抑郁状态。
Objective: To investigate the anti-depressant effect of Pepsi-Cola Modified Prescription (MBD). Methods: The mouse model and post-stroke depression rat model (PSD) and other methods were studied. To observe the antidepressant effect of MBD on mice. Results: In the depression test of mice, MBD could significantly antagonize reserpine-induced eyelid closure and decrease body temperature in mice (P <0.05). The number of MBD animals increased significantly, The immobility time was significantly shortened (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). In the PSD experiment, MBD increased the weight and sugar consumption of rats, and improved the level of activity and vertical activity in wilderness. Conclusion: MBD has a certain antidepressant effect and can improve the depression status of depression model.
