应用阿霉素建立心肌细胞中毒模型,观察了门冬氨酸钾镁对中毒心肌的保护作用并探讨了部分机制。结果显示,门冬氨酸钾镁能减少阿霉素中毒心肌细胞乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的释放量,降低细胞内丙二醛(MDA)含量及游离钙浓度,同时可升高细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力;结果表明,门冬氨酸钾镁可能通过抗脂质过氧化及逆转细胞内钙离子过负荷作用进而保护中毒心肌细胞。
Adriamycin was used to establish cardiomyocyte poisoning model and the protective effect of potassium and magnesium aspartate on the myocardium was observed and some mechanisms were explored. The results showed that potassium-magnesium aspartate could reduce the release of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in cardiomyocytes induced by doxorubicin, reduce intracellular malondialdehyde (MDA) content and free calcium concentration, and increase intracellular super Oxidative dismutase (SOD) activity. The results showed that potassium and magnesium aspartate may protect the poisoned cardiomyocytes through anti-lipid peroxidation and reversing the intracellular calcium overload.
