针对600 MW 1 Mn18Cr18N护环的国产化问题,利用有限元方法,通过数值模拟分析了内压、接触压力、锥角、阻力环等参数对护环胀形的影响。分析表明:内压p决定了护环的强化率,可以作为护环胀形的先行条件;接触压力pc和摩擦力fc单独作用时,护环基本不会发生变形;在锥角一定的情况下,调节pc可以有效地改善凸鼓形缺陷;壁厚一定时,高径比处于一定范围内的毛坯,可以用同一套模具生产。在此基础上,提出了护环研制工艺流程,得出了600 MW 1Mn18Cr18N护环成形所需的最佳参数组合。试验结果验证了分析结果的准确性,并表明所提出的研制工艺流程是切实可行的。
In order to solve the problem of domestication of 600 MW 1 Mn18Cr18N retaining ring, the influence of internal pressure, contact pressure, cone angle, resistance ring and other parameters on retaining ring deformation was analyzed by numerical simulation using finite element method. The analysis shows that: the inner pressure p determines the strengthening rate of the grommet, which can be taken as the precondition of the bulging of the grommet; when the contact pressure pc and the frictional force fc act alone, the grommet will not basically deform; when the cone angle is constant , Adjust the PC can effectively improve the convex drum-shaped defects; wall thickness, height-diameter ratio within a certain range of rough, you can use the same set of mold production. On this basis, the technological process of the grommet development was proposed, and the best combination of parameters needed for the forming of the 600 MW 1Mn18Cr18N grommet was obtained. The test results verify the accuracy of the analysis results and show that the proposed development process is feasible.
