扬州评话历史久,影响大,一直是清代评话的中心。扬州评话的繁荣与市民文化发达紧密相关。扬州评话内容广泛,其中市井小说、武侠小说、名著新编最值得重视。扬州评话的审美特点是平民色彩和阳刚精神。扬州评话印证了鲁迅提出但长期无人论证的平民文学再兴现象;还在创作方面跨越“五四”前后,与当代大众文化一脉相承。对文学史分野和分期很有研究价值。
The history of Yangzhou Commentaries has a long history and has a great impact on the history of the Qing Dynasty. The prosperity of Yangzhou remark is closely related to the development of citizen culture. Yangzhou comments a wide range of content, including market fiction, martial arts novels, the most important new book of the most important. The esthetic characteristic of Yangzhou dialect is the color of civilians and masculinity.
