近年来黄河上游生态日益恶化,降水偏少,致使黄河水流量不断减少,下游地区出现严重断流现象。受其影响,龙羊峡水电站库存水位下降,发电量大大减少。据气象部门分析,今后黄河流域干旱缺水将是一种长期的自然现象。针对这种情况,去年4月至9月间,青海省电力、气象部门联手,采用飞机作业和人工高炮相结合的方式,在黄河上游地区开展了人工增雨试验,取得较好效果。这一信息引起了国家领导人和有关方面的关注。
In recent years, the ecological environment in the upper reaches of the Yellow River has deteriorated with less precipitation, resulting in the continuous decrease of water flow in the Yellow River and the serious interruption of flow in the downstream areas. Affected by it, Longyangxia Hydropower Station inventory levels dropped, generating capacity greatly reduced. According to meteorological department analysis, the future drought and water shortage in the Yellow River Basin will be a long-term natural phenomenon. In response to this situation, from April to September last year, the electric power and meteorological departments of Qinghai Province jointly used the combination of aircraft operations and artificial anti-aircraft artillery to carry out artificial rainfall experiments in the upper reaches of the Yellow River and achieved good results. This information has aroused the concern of national leaders and relevant parties.
