我院自1990年10月至1992年9月采用BD—8828Ⅱ型和WD—a1型超声定位干式体外冲击波碎石机(ESWL)治疗泌尿系结石286例。经回顾性分析,认为B超在泌尿系结石ESWL治疗前能明确诊断,准确定位;术中能监测结石变化,指导治疗;术后能跟踪观察排石情况及并发症,在泌尿系结石ESWL的治疗中具有一定的应用价值。 1资料与方法 286例泌尿系病人:男198例,女88例;年龄
