1988年10月～1994年8月,我们经腹部横切口行精索内静脉结扎治疗精索静脉曲张174例,疗效满意。本组年龄17～30岁。左睾丸坠胀不适162例,不育12例。病程4个月～9年。精索静脉曲张Ⅱ°76例,Ⅲ°98例。 治疗方法与结果:取左下腹平髂前上嵴横切口,长约3cm。游离、切断精索静脉后用4号线分别结扎两断端,然后关腹。手术操作8～15分钟,平均10分钟。174例术后3天即可下床活动,5天内症状均消失,无
From October 1988 to August 1994, 174 cases of varicocele were treated with ligation of the spermatic vein through the abdominal transverse incision. The curative effect was satisfactory.
