本文介绍了具有精确度高、稳定性好,制造与安装方便的差动变压器式电感动态测微仪作为研究型砂在高温下的线性热膨胀和热变形的测试手段;还介绍了用液压万能强度试验机研究型砂高温杭压强度和热变形的简单装置。文中阐明了用上述仪器研究石英长石砂的热膨胀和热变形特性;不同紧实度、不同煤粉和木屑加入量对其热膨胀和热变形的影响。并通过一系列试验曲线的对比,分析了石英长石砂对减少铸件夹砂倾向的有利条件。从而为充分开发和利用河南省资源丰富的石英长石砂提供了进一步的理论依据。最后还介绍了几年来部分工厂使用石英长石砂生产出各种类型优质铸铁件的情况。
This paper describes a differential transformer type inductive dynamic micrometer with high accuracy, good stability, and easy manufacture and installation as a test method for studying the linear thermal expansion and thermal deformation of molding sand at high temperature; it also introduces the use of hydraulic universal strength test. A simple device for studying the high temperature compressive strength and hot deformation of molding sand. This article describes the use of the above equipment to study the thermal expansion and thermal deformation characteristics of quartz feldspar sand; different compaction, different coal powder and the amount of wood added to its thermal expansion and thermal deformation. Through comparison of a series of test curves, the advantages of quartz feldspar sand to reduce sand inclusion tendency of castings were analyzed. Therefore, it provides further theoretical basis for the full development and use of resource-rich quartz feldspar sand in Henan Province. Finally, the situation of producing various types of high-quality cast iron parts in some factories using quartz feldspar sand was also introduced.
