目的研究代谢综合征患者血清磷脂脂肪酸构成及其与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法采集87例代谢综合征患者和102名健康者血样,采用色谱/质谱联合分析其血清磷脂脂肪酸构成,用胰岛素抵抗指数(homeostasismodel assessment-insulin resistance,HOMA-IR)评价调查对象胰岛素抵抗。结果代谢综合征组饱和脂肪酸(saturat-ed fatty acid,SFA)、n-6/n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(n-6/n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid,n-6/n-3 PUFA)比值较健康对照组升高(均有P<0.001),PUFA/SFA比值较健康对照组降低(P<0.001)。相关性分析显示HOMA-IR与n-6/n-3 PU-FA呈正相关,与n-3 PUFA呈负相关。结论代谢综合征患者存在血清磷脂脂肪酸构成改变现象,SFA增高而PU-FA降低,而且n-3 PUFA与胰岛素抵抗呈负相关。提示代谢综合征患者应减少SFA摄入,注意补充n-3 PUFA。
Objective To study the relationship between serum phospholipid fatty acid composition and insulin resistance in patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods Blood samples were collected from 87 patients with metabolic syndrome and 102 healthy controls. The serum phospholipid fatty acids were analyzed by GC / MS. The insulin resistance was evaluated by homeostasis of insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR). Results The ratio of saturat-ed fatty acid (SFA) and n-6 / n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid (n-6 / n-3 PUFA) (P <0.001), and the ratio of PUFA / SFA was lower than that of the healthy control group (P <0.001). Correlation analysis showed that HOMA-IR was positively correlated with n-6 / n-3 PU-FA and negatively correlated with n-3 PUFA. Conclusions There is a change in the composition of serum phospholipid fatty acids in patients with metabolic syndrome. SFA is increased and PUFA is decreased. Furthermore, n-3 PUFA is negatively correlated with insulin resistance. Tip Metabolic syndrome patients should reduce SFA intake, pay attention to supplement n-3 PUFA.
