目的:研究麻杏石甘汤治疗支气管哮喘的量-效关系。方法:运用生物信号采集系统,对9个剂量组麻杏石甘汤对磷酸组胺引喘豚鼠哮喘潜伏期、持续时间的影响进行记录和分析,并绘制相应的量-效应曲线,从而得出麻杏石甘汤止喘量-效关系。结果:麻杏石甘汤1.33,3.0,10.13 g/kg剂量组均可明显延长引喘潜伏期。结论:麻杏石甘汤止喘量效为非线性关系,随着药方剂量的不断增加,对哮喘动物模型效应指标的影响也呈波浪形态变化。
Objective: To study the dose-effect relationship of Maxing Shigan Decoction in treating bronchial asthma. Methods: The effect of Maxingshigan Decoction of nine dose groups on asthma latency and duration of histamine-induced asthmatic guinea pigs was recorded and analyzed with bio-signal acquisition system and corresponding dose-effect curves Xingshi Gan Tang Zhichuan volume - effect relationship. Results: Maxing Shigan Decoction 1.33,3.0,10.13 g / kg dose group can significantly extend the latent period of asthma. Conclusion: Maxingshigan Decoction has a non-linear relationship with the effect of stopping asthma. With the increase of the dose of asthma, the effect on asthma animal model effect index also changes in wave form.
