作者根据理论推导和实验验证,指出在带传动中采用欧拉公式作为理论基础是不确切的,应该用库仑摩擦定律作为带传动的理论基础;同时指出制定“固定中心距单根三角带功率表”可以充分发挥三角带的传动功率,并获得显著的经济效益。对于黄家宝同志的论点,国内尚持有不同看法,本着“百家争鸣”的方针,本刊予以发表。
