目的研究空气净化与消毒装置除霉菌的检测方法。方法以黑曲霉为指标菌,通过空气消毒试验,研究了菌种处理对孢子悬液分散效果的影响,以及使用不同的培养基采样分析培养基的适用性,并分析试验舱湿度对自然衰减率的影响。结果 0.05%浓度吐温80已经能够达到较好的分散效果;黑曲霉孢子在PDA上生长情况最优,活性最强,并且生长速度最快,另外对3种培养基采样的黑曲霉自然消亡率χ~2检验,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;相对湿度>50%时,自然衰减率下降至稳定状态,约为50%。结论使用0.05%吐温80制备黑曲霉孢子悬液,马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基(PDA)采样,实验舱工作的相对湿度范围控制在50%~70%时,黑曲霉孢子气溶胶具有较好的稳定性。
Objective To study the methods of detecting fungi in air purification and disinfection devices. Methods Aspergillus niger was used as an indicator bacteria to study the effect of bacteria treatment on the dispersion of spore suspension and the applicability of using different culture media to analyze the medium through the air disinfection test. CONCLUSIONS Aspergillus niger spore suspension and potato dextrose agar medium (PDA) were prepared by using 0.05% Tween 80. The aerosol of Aspergillus niger spores had good stability when the relative humidity range of the experiment cabin was controlled at 50% ~ 70% Sex.
