中国音乐家协会四届三次常务理事(扩大)会议,于1990年11月21日至24日在北京举行。出席会议的有常务理事、音协分党组、书记处成员及各地方音协负责同志一百余人。中宣部副部长聂大江、中宣部文艺局局长梁光第、副局长成志伟及中国文联党组副书记孟伟哉,副秘书长董良翚等同志出席了会议。聂大江、梁光弟、孟伟哉同志并作了讲话。
The Third Session of the Fourth Chinese Musicians Association (Enlarged) Meeting was held in Beijing from November 21 to November 24, 1990. Present at the meeting were standing members, the CPPCC branch parties, members of the Secretariat and the local phonetic association responsible comrades more than 100 people. Nie Dajiang, deputy director of the Central Propaganda Department, Liang Guangdi, director of the Arts and Cultural Bureau of the Central Propaganda Department, Cheng Zhiwei, deputy director of the Central Propaganda Department and Meng Weizai, deputy secretary of the Chinese Literature and Culture Federation, and Dong Liangyan, deputy secretary general attended the meeting. Nie Dajiang, Liang Guangdi and Meng Weizai made speeches.
