本文讨论了复合材料断裂力学的一些问题。复合材料可以按各向异性均质材料处理时,其断裂力学参数仍然可以用应力强度因子(K)或能量释放率(G)以及Rice的J积分。和金属材料一作,应力场奇异性仍然是r~(-1/2),J积分仍然具有与积分路径无关的特性。但是按非均质材料处理时,应力强度因子的表达式及应力场的奇异性随裂纹尖端所处的位置有很大不同。Rice J积分的守恒性对于非均质材料不能成立,引入一个新定义的J积分则仍能保持其守恒性。
This article discusses some of the problems with the fracture mechanics of composites. When the composite material can be treated as an anisotropic homogeneous material, the fracture mechanics parameters can still be calculated by using the stress intensity factor (K) or the energy release rate (G) and the J integral of Rice. And metal material for a work, the stress field singularity is still r ~ (-1/2), J integrals still have the characteristics of the path independent. However, when dealing with non-homogeneous materials, the expression of stress intensity factor and the singularity of the stress field vary greatly depending on where the crack tip is located. The conservatism of Rice J integrals can not be valid for heterogeneous materials, and the introduction of a newly defined J integral retains its conservation.
