本文发展了一种复合结构的磷酸盐系卷铁芯用高温粘结剂。探讨了这种粘结剂在冷轧硅钢片上的应用和使用效果。研究表明,这种以水溶液涂复的磷酸盐系高温粘结剂,可以适应卷铁芯常规生产工艺,而使卷铁芯在400和1000周下磁性能和噪音性能分别提高4.3~20%和8~19%;在10000周高频下的磁性能几乎提高一倍。
In this paper, a high-temperature binder for phosphate-coated iron core with composite structure has been developed. The application and effect of this binder on cold-rolled silicon steel sheets are discussed. The results show that the phosphate-based high-temperature binder coated with aqueous solution can adapt to the conventional production process of the iron core and increase the magnetic and noise performance of the iron core by 4.3 to 20% at 400 and 1000 cycles respectively 8 to 19%; the magnetic properties almost doubled at a high frequency of 10,000 weeks.
